Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind on perfumes, beauty products, or opened items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
