Orders

ShippingÂ
Orders are dispatched within the timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
