Shipping Policy

At The Beauty Vault, we carefully pack every order and aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed same day and dispatched the following day. During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping within New Zealand

At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand. We use NZ Post Courier as we value our customers shipping experience and know how important it is to receive your package ASAP.

• Overnight Courier: 1-2 business days after dispatch if order is placed before 2PM
• Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Urban Overnight Courier $10

Rural Overnight Courier $15

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier networks, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. The Beauty Vault is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packing every order securely. However, once a parcel has been handed to the courier, The Beauty Vault is not responsible for any loss, theft, delays, or damage that may occur during transit. Any delivery-related issues should be raised directly with the courier provider.
